  3. Auction will declare any known major defect pertaining to the engine, transmission or frame prior to the sale of the vehicle.
  4. As the buyer, you have 3 days to inspect the vehicle. If a major engine, transmission or frame problem is determined that was not identified at the auction, your money will be refunded.
